The problem with this comparison is that you leave out the overall price it costs to get the pages and overall mp(Mabinogi money) efficency. Although a low rank can be used effectively with blaze, rank 5 thunder can do it way better and give you more time to charge the skill+do a palpable amount of damage in Mabinogi.
However Thunder does give you a large amount of CP, but it should not be a big concern unless you like to wm with combat wands. The main problem with IS and TH is that too many people suggest that IS is good while ignoring the fact that a highly ranked thunder. It is very effective in dungeons such as rundal adv and other high leveled(mabinogi gold) dungeons.
A mind is a terrible thing to waste.
